Execuzen Consultancy Services has evolved, since its introduction three years ago, to become a core requirement for many of our clients. Our global footprint gives us unique and far reaching insights into many markets. The consultancy product, headed by Adrian Ezra prides itself on market knowledge which provides our clients with in-depth knowledge of their own market and their competition.
The idea of a consultancy business arose following a client's experience with a major consulting firm. We were engaged by this client to produce our own figures for the same product and the feedback we received was extremely positive. This gave rise to Execuzen Consultancy Services which was launched at the end of 2005.
Through our consultancy business, we are able to offer a research product which is advanced, detailed and highly focused. The average timeline of our projects range from 8-12 weeks.
Increasingly, banks are adopting a more focused approach to maintain their market share and profitability.
We believe that this product separates us from our competition. With its consultancy and executive search business, Execuzen is able to benefit from a far more efficient cost structure than traditional businesses operating exclusively in either of these areas. Our model passes these savings on to our clients through fee rebates on search projects.

Execuzen Consultancy Services is unique. Our consultants use very little information from the public domain - each bespoke project conducts over 200 face to face interviews. Our detailed reports contain cross referenced data not publicly available and therefore give our clients greater insight into their competitiors activities.
